Tuesday May 07, 2024

#232: Why do women with PCOS have higher rates of depression and/or anxiety?
Many women with PCOS attribute their depression and anxiety due to concern about physical experiences but there’s more to the story than our physical changes.

In this episode, we break down the impact of PCOS on mental health as well as provide steps and examples to help manage mental health.
Remember that you are not alone in your journey!
Please note: This podcast discusses topics related to depression and anxiety. If you are experiencing symptoms, we strongly encourage you to seek guidance from a qualified health professional. Your mental health is important, and there are resources available to help you.
