I would like more info on what to do. Beyond the slow workouts and eating gluten and dairy free. I have been trying to get pregnant for 6 years. And the medicine to ovulate has only worked once. I consider you my saving grace. Because I thought I would never even have hope of dealing with my PCOS. And the weight loss would be welcomed I can workout up to three times a day and I have muscle but I'm always fat. But my workouts were high cardio.
